As a Food Scientist and craft beer brewer for 9 years, starting her own beer brand was a dream come true. Anja enjoys the science behind brewing as well as the creative aspect in developing new recipes and concepts. She finds inspiration for new beer concepts while mountain biking, trail running or hiking.

As a creative, Janine saw an immediate synergy between her work and Nova Beer Project. She shares the same passion for nature and outdoor adventures, and has a healthy love of (really great) beer - so it was a no-brainer to get involved with Nova as the Brand Manager
